Arts Funding Victory

Congratulations to the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and National Endowment for the Humanities, each garnering an additional $27 million from the federal budget for 2023, totaling over $200 million of funding for each. This was accomplished in no small part by the testimony of theatres around the country providing examples of grants that support creativity at the community level. Such public investments are sure to provide dividends in the U.S. intellectual property landscape for years to come.
